Conversations for Christ – Sponsorship Agreement

Phoenix Anthem, LLC (“Publisher”)
Conversations for Christ Podcast (“Program”)

We want every sponsor to feel confident and clear about how support for Conversations for Christ works. Sponsorships are offered in runs of 4, 8, or 12 episodes, with the flexibility to renew or extend at any time. Each sponsorship includes:

A verbal acknowledgement during the sponsored episode(s)
Your name or organization listed in our show notes
Recognition on the Phoenix Anthem website as a podcast supporter

Sponsorship Packages
Choose from the following sponsorship options:

Single Episode Sponsorship

Pre-Roll (15–20 sec): $25
Mid-Roll (30–60 sec): $50
Post-Roll (15–20 sec): $20
Full Episode Bundle (all 3 placements): $75

Multi-Episode Bundles

4-Episode Run (1 month, mid-roll each): $175
12-Episode Run (1 season/quarter, mid-roll each): $500

Terms of Agreement

1. Payment
Full payment is due before the first sponsored episode airs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Content & Disclosure

Sponsors may provide suggested ad copy, subject to editing for tone, length, and compliance.
All ads will be clearly identified as sponsorships in accordance with FTC disclosure requirements.
Advertising must align with the beliefs and values of Phoenix Anthem, LLC. Publisher reserves the right to reject any content.

3. Cancellation Policy

Single-Episode Sponsorships: Sponsor may cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled release of the episode for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.
Multi-Episode Sponsorships (4 or more episodes):
- If cancellation occurs before the campaign begins, a full refund will be issued.
- If cancellation occurs after the campaign has started, Sponsor will be refunded the unused portion of the package, less a 10% administrative fee. Episodes that have already aired are non-refundable.
Phoenix Anthem, LLC may cancel any sponsorship and refund unused fees at its sole discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability
Publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this sponsorship.

5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
